OPERATIONS MANAGER: THE BLEND
Gabby was hired as a sales associate in September of 2019 at The Blend. Throughout her time as a sales associate, she worked to help the Director of Marketing as her assistant to work on tasks to develop the marketing avenues of the Blend and the Blend Express. In April of 2020, Gabby was given the opportunity to become the Operations Manager of The Blend. As Operations Manager, she wants to make sure our division is operating efficiently everyday. This will include focusing on the success of health inspections, developing training for new employees and creating a good appearance for The Blend itself.
PRODUCT MANAGER: COFFEE
Caroline was hired as a sales associate at Heritage Coffeehouse in September of 2019. After devoting many months to learning and experiencing as much as possible while at Heritage Coffeehouse, Caroline was promoted to Product Manager of The Blend and The Blend Express in April of 2020. As Product Manager, Caroline hopes to increase the availability of nutritional information on the items offered at both The Blend and The Blend Express. Along with this initiative, Caroline also aims to introduce new products that fit the ever-growing needs of the customers and continue to ensure that they love the products that Flyer Enterprises can offer them.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING: COFFEE
Nick's journey in Flyer Enterprises began when he was hired as a Sales Associate at Heritage Coffeehouse in the fall of 2018. After a year of hard work and a desire to move up in the company, he was given the opportunity to work on the management team. For the following year, Nick was the Director of Human Resources at Heritage, and was responsible for the hiring, on-boarding, training, and payroll of the division's employees. Now as the Director of Marketing at the Blend divisions, he is so excited to focus on improving brand awareness, and ensuring that all customers will walk away with not only a good cup of coffee but with a smile on their face!

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES: COFFEE
Sammy initially joined Flyer Enterprises as a Sales Associate at The Blend in August, 2018 serving coffee! She was then promoted to Operations Manager of The Blend in April 2019. In this role, Sammy was responsible for maintaining a positive image of the division as well as managing day to day operations. During this term, her team and I had the opportunity to switch suppliers to Starbucks and in doing so, saw a rapid increase in sales. In April 2020, she was promoted to Human Resource Director of The Blend and The Blend Express. In this role, Sammy hopes to focus on personal development of their employees, increase situational training and most importantly maintain a strong culture with the divisions loosing 20 seniors. She is so excited for this new opportunity and can not wait to see what she and her team will accomplish!
