Wyatt Winters
Director of Human Resources
Wyatt joined FE during the second semester of his freshman year. He feels extremely lucky to be a part of both The Chill and FE as a whole. It is by far the best decision he has made since coming to Dayton and he has loved every second. Wyatt feels very blessed to have become a manager and hope to make both UD and FE proud with the work he will do!

Maria Martini
Director of Marketing
Maria was hired at The Chill the beginning of her freshman year in August 2021. As a sales associate, she learned a lot about the behind the scenes work that goes into creating a strong brand and a loyal customer base. After her first semester of sophomore year, she realized she wanted to get more involved with FE and take on a leadership role that allows her to further express her creativity. As the Director of Marketing, she hopes to increase brand awareness and better enhance customer and employee relationships and engagement.

Connor Keefe
General Manager
Connor started his Flyer Enterprise journey the first semester of his Freshman year. He was hired as a Sales Associate at Stu's Landing until he was promoted and moved to a new division, The Chill. Now he is currently serving as the General Manger and couldn't be more excited to be apart of this amazing team. His main goal is to create and provide an amazing environment for all customers and employees. Connor hopes to provide everything from excellent quality product to making sure everything is running efficiently. He looks forward to the 2023-2024 school year and all it will bring.
