Matthew began his time with Flyer Enterprises in April of his Freshman year as a sales associate at The Blend Express inside the Miriam Atrium. After being trained before the end of the semester, he came back as the Buyer for both Boston Stoker and Reiter to begin his Sophomore year. In October of 2018, Matthew was promoted to Assistant Financial Manager at The Blend Express and played a key role as a member of the division’s Financial Analysis Team. After displaying a great work ethic and understanding of the financials at TBE, Matthew was promoted to Product Manager at The Chill in February of 2019. His duties are overseeing all purchasing responsibilities from a team of buyers as well as developing new products and analyzing current products. He is excited for the upcoming year and the opportunities that will arise at his new division. Matthew’s main goal is to increase profitability by ensuring inventory is constantly in stock throughout the year.

Savanna Simons was hired at The Blend Express in April of her freshman year. At TBE, she served as a buyer, a shift leader, and a member of the financial analysis team. In April of her sophomore year, she became the Director of Human Resources for The CHILL. In this position, she hopes to elevate employee motivation and involvement, better the culture, and increase the number of CHILL sales associates that apply for management positions. Savanna aimes to grow as a leader and business professional and inspire others at my division to apply for management positions

Trent began his journey with Flyer Enterprises in September of 2018 as a Sales Associate at ArtStreet Cafe. Trent quickly became more involved and began seeking more responsibility within the cafe, becoming the Assistant General Manager in November of 2018. In this role, he performed inventory and helped create a new task log. This year, Trent is ecstatic to serve as the Operations Manager of The CHILL. He is responsible for equipment maintenance, health inspections, training, consistency, and efficiency. His main goal for this year is to increase smoothie consistency.
