DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES: BROWN ST BISTRO
Anna started her FE journey back in the Spring of 2021 when she was hired as a Stuart’s Landing sales associate. When the opportunity for management opened up for a new division (Brown Street Bistro), Anna applied instantly. This year, she will serve as the Director of Marketing and Human Resources of Brown Street Bistro. Her goals as DMHR include creating a culture that embodies the values within Flyer Enterprises, providing a strong sense of leadership for all of the employees, and promoting this new division to increase customer volume. She is super excited to start this new journey within Flyer Enterprises and to build a strong foundation for future growth of Brown Street Bistro.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: BROWN ST BISTRO
Ryan began his Flyer Enterprises Journey in fall of his freshman year. He was hired as a Sales Associate at Art Street Café and retained that position until he was promoted to Operations Manager of a new division, Brown Street Bistro. He is currently serving in this role and has helped to create an environment that has increased sales from an average of $800 a day to over $1500 a day. He has his focuses set on making the Bistro as efficient as possible and maintaining a clean environment. He looks forward to all the challenges that the 2022-2023 school year will bring, and is excited to implement a new menu!
PRODUCT MANAGER: BROWN ST BISTRO
Mike was hired as a Sales Associate at the Chill in August of 2021. He was then promoted to the Product Manager at Brown Street Bistro, where he took part in the transition into a Flyer Enterprise's Division. Mike aims to make several changes to the menu and incorporate more uniqueness to it as well. His main goal is to make the Bistro a place where everyone finds something they like, and somewhere they love going.
