DIRECTOR OF MARKETING: ARTSTREET CAFE
Stephen started his Flyer Enterprises career as a Sales Associate at ArtStreet Cafe in October of his freshman year. Trampolining off of that, he became the Assistant Director of Marketing under the past 2 Directors of Marketing, before obtaining the position himself. As Director of Marketing for ArtStreet Cafe, Stephen wants to establish a cohesive brand for the cafe amongst the entire UD campus. He plans to do this through Brand Management, Customer Relationship Management, Social Media, and Sustainability.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: ARTSTREET CAFE
Laura began her involvement with Flyer Enterprises when she was hired in spring of 2018 as a sales associate at Art Street Cafe. She instantly loved the people, culture, and experience the cafe brought into her daily life. Wanting to give back and acquire more real-life experience specific to her major, she applied to be Operations Manager. Now, as Operations Manager, she ensures the cafe runs efficiently, that sales associates are well equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to serve customers, and constantly looks to improve the cafe. Laura hopes to emphasize on consistency and efficiency across the cafe to increase profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction as the central goal. Laura spends her free time hanging out with friends, painting, and reading whenever she can. She likes standup comedy, her friends from the cafe, and Dayton sunsets. PURCHASING MANAGER: ARTSTREET CAFE
Jared is passionate about investments, fashion, reading, podcasts, tennis and loves to learn from the day to day operations of FE. Besides ArtStreet, Jared spends his time at school as a member of the Hanley Sustainability Fund, Delta Sigma Pi and Club Tennis, as well as enjoying time with his best buds. Jared’s journey in FE started and will finish at ArtStreet and he wouldn't want it any other way. As a second semester Freshman, his good friend Michael Haney told me about this groovy place ArtStreet Cafe where he applied and was hired as a Sales Associate. Fast forward to today, Jared holds the Purchasing Manager position where he accounts for inventory, buy products, track waste and conduct financial analysis in order to implement changes that will help increase sales and profitability. Jared’s time in FE and the memories, friendships, and skills that ArtStreet Cafe has provided him are nothing short of priceless. Jared’s main goal this year is to establish multiple revenue streams in order to increase bottom line growth.

Collin began his journey with Flyer Enterprises in the spring of his freshman year as a sales associate at ArtStreet Café and quickly became a part-time shift leader and a full-time pickle pal! He learned about Flyer Enterprises when he was touring the University of Dayton and immediately knew it would be the right fit for him. Collin is from Kansas City and loves paninis more than anything in this world! After witnessing the greatness that is ArtStreet’s culture, he knew that human resources was the role of his dreams. He plans on establishing more leadership roles for sales associates to contribute to their professional development.
