Andrew started his FE journey early his freshman year, September 2022. After he was hired as a sales associate at Fly By, he was able to connect with his coworkers and fell in love with FE. After a few months behind the counter making donuts and bagel sandwiches, Andrew knew he wanted to do more where he was then promoted to the Operations Manager of Rudy's Runway. He looks to build a culture around Rudy's for the future of Rudy's Runway.

Fall of her freshman year at Dayton, Alexa was hired as a sales associate for Fly By. She met so many amazing people that helped her transition into college become so much easier. Later that year Alexa began to intern for Rudy’s Runway and learned so much about how the team re-branded the business that year. She wanted to make more of an impact and help grow the business outside of just Dayton students. This year Alexa will be the Director of Marketing and will continue to help build the brand.
