PRODUCT MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Matt was hired in September of his Sophomore year as a Sales Associate at Heritage Coffeehouse. He quickly gained more responsibility as a Buyer. In this role he was responsible for ordering all coffee, milk and Pepsi products. He also became involved in the Data Analysis team for Heritage Coffeehouse. He analyzed sales of various products, trying to find ways to increase sales and find products that should be dropped. These experiences prepared Matt for the role of Product Manager where he will oversee all buying and data analysis. He is excited to continue Heritage Coffeehouse’s growth and utilize data analysis more effectively to improve Heritage’s product offerings. On campus Matt is also a brother in Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and is Vice-President of Student Alumni Association. His overall goal for this year is to continue to help Heritage Coffeehouse grow through new product offerings that attract new customers.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Maleia started at Heritage Coffeehouse in the spring of 2018 as a sales associate and has been fortunate to remain as she moved into the role as Director of Marketing. From Grand Rapids, Michigan she a Communications major with a Sustainability and Marketing minor. Heritage made Dayton a haven during the hard times that she faced freshman year and she will always be thankful to those individuals. Her current position consists of maintaining public perception by working with on and off campus partners, maintaining social media and promotions to build relations with customers. Maleia’s main goal is to positively promote Heritage's brand and improving customer experience by increasing presence on campus and awareness.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Mack was hired at the end of his freshman year in the spring of 2018 as a sales associate at Heritage Coffeehouse. He then worked as the assistant general manager throughout his sophomore year. After Flyer Enterprises was restructured, Mack was hired as the Operations Manager at Heritage Coffeehouse on April 1st. As Operations Manager, he oversees the daily operations of their division, including all administrative functions and the repair and maintenance of equipment. He works to insure all operations at Heritage Coffeehouse are running at the highest standard possible. Mack enjoys the challenges of management and hopes to continue gaining responsibility in FE and in his professional career. Mack’s main goal for this year is to build on Heritage Coffeehouse's recent success through improved efficiency and sustainability efforts.
HUMAN RESOURCES: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Nick was hired in the beginning of his Freshman year at Heritage Coffeehouse as a Sales Associate. Nick quickly got involved at Heritage and earned his position as Director of Human Resources for his Sophomore year. Nick is responsible for the hiring, training, on-boarding, and disciplinary actions of employees. He is also responsible for establishing strong workplace culture and maximizing employee involvement and responsibility. Nick is eager to use his skills and passions to ensure that Heritage and Flyer Enterprises is a welcoming environment that promotes both professional and personal development.
