ABBEY KROPP
PRODUCT MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE

Abbey began her FE journey as a sophomore sales associate at Heritage Coffeehouse in the 2021 Fall Semester. As a sales associate, Abbey discovered a passion for learning and improving efficiency to eventually seek out more ways to become involved in Flyer Enterprises. In April of 2022, Abbey was promoted to Product Manager of Heritage. Throughout this upcoming year, Abbey hopes to place an emphasis on sustainability efforts and waste management to improve the FE coffee divisions and stress the importance of sustainability efforts on UD's campus. Through implementation and creativity as Product Manager, Abbey will continue to work with sales associates and other divisions alike to create a sustainable future for Flyer Enterprises.
JOHN BRENNEMAN
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES:
HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE

John was hired as a sales associate in the Fall of 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, he started working behind the counter in March of the following year. In his time at Heritage, he has learned much about coffee and the importance of customer service. He also took on more responsibilities, becoming Assistant General Manager in Fall of 2021. In his current position as Director of Marketing and Human Resources at Heritage, he hopes to promote the culture and experience of Heritage to customers, and expand Heritage's
outreach to more organizations on campus.



PATRICK KEANE
OPERATIONS MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE

Patrick was hired in the first semester of his sophomore year and immediately knew that he was going to love it. Patrick gained great friendships and had a lot of fun learning and growing with his fellow new hires. Patrick applied for management at the beginning of his second semester and got the job! He is thrilled to be able to have more responsibility and is ready to do his best to make Heritage a safe and happy environment for everyone on campus!
