Austin was hired at Heritage Coffeehouse in the first semester of his freshman year. Immediately he knew that he was right at home within Flyer Enterprises after making so many new friends and experiences. Austin took on extra responsibility as the Assistant General Manager in the Fall of 2022 and was promoted to Operations Manager of Heritage Coffeehouse in the second semester of his sophomore year. In his time as Operations Manager Austin hopes to increase the efficiency of operations and consistency of products while maintaining a clean and safe environment!
Director of Human Resources
Chris started his journey at Flyer Enterprises in the fall of 2022 at the start of his freshman year. He was hired as a sales associate for Heritage Coffee House, and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and culture. Chris loved interacting with customers and making drinks. In his role serving as the Director of HR, Chris is excited to share his love of Flyer Enterprises with new hires and continue to grow Heritage's unique culture. His goal is to help all employees have a great experience working for Heritage just as he has had.
Director of Marketing
Erin was hired in the winter of 2022, which was the start of her second semester here at UD. She immediately fell in love with Heritage and its people. Erin found a lot of pride working for this division because of the community it creates amongst the workers and customers. Since Heritage is a hub on campus where people love to sip and stay, it truly does feel like home. Erin is so excited to promote Heritage and all it has to offer this year.
Kevin was hired in the spring semester of 2022. He has spent the last year as a sales associate learning what Heritage needs to run efficiently. Using this knowledge, he applied to be the division's Product Manager and was chosen for the position. In this role, he hopes to expand the food and drink options and ensure that customers can always find their favorite items in stock.
