PRODUCT MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Julia started her journey with Flyer Enterprises in October of 2018 at the blend express in the Fall semester of her freshman year. After learning the ropes and wanting to get more involved, Julia became a Buyer for Ashley's pastries as a sophomore. Julia continued her progression in Flyer Enterprises when she became the Director of Marketing and Human Resources for the CHILL where she implemented her marketing ideas as well as hired and trained new Sales Associates. She continued to take her skills and knowledge to become a Associate Web Development Associate for FE Digital where she innovates creating websites for small businesses. This year, she will be the Product Manager for Heritage Coffeehouse and could not be more excited to continue to make a positive impact on her division and Flyer Enterprises as a whole!

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Frankie was hired in the Fall of 2019 at Heritage Coffeehouse as a Sales Associate. She quickly adapted and earned more responsibilities as a buyer. In April of 2020, she was promoted to the role of Product Manager. Though COVID-19 altered her experience in that position, she and her team worked tirelessly to prepare Heritage to open and serve its eager customers. In her current role as Heritage's Director of Marketing and Human Resources, she hopes to continue to foster diversity and growth amongst Sales Associates and wants to expand Heritage's customer base beyond the confines of UD's campus.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: HERITAGE COFFEEHOUSE
Lizzie started her journey with Flyer Enterprises as a Sales Associate at Stuart's Landing at the beginning of her sophomore year. In April of 2021, Lizzie was promoted to Operations Manager of Heritage. She feels very excited to join the Heritage family, and looks forward to continue upholding its amazing culture and excellent service. Her goals for the upcoming year are maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere on a daily basis, as well as fostering confidence, passion, and growth in her division's employees.
