Ryan began his career at Art Street Cafe in his freshman year. November of that same year he was given the opportunity to be a part of the management team that would convert the Brown Street Bistro to a Flyer Enterprises location. The team was able to hire 27 new associates and increase the daily sales from $800 dollars a day to over $1700 a day. Ryan held the operations manager position at BSB for over a year and learned so much. The knowledge that he learned during his time allowed him to continue his journey on the Executive Team. Ryan is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Flyer Enterprises. His attention is now focused on consistency throughout the company as well as implementing a sustainability plan that will reduce FE's carbon footprint and food waste.
