Bio

Lucy started as a sales associate at Heritage Coffeehouse at the beginning of her Freshman year, August 2020. She was given the opportunity to take on the position of Operations Manager at Heritage in the beginning of her Sophomore year and jumped right into the role. She worked through the chaos of coming back after COVID and being fully open again with higher customer volume. THis past year Lucy was FE's first Chief Diversity Officer and worked to promote inclusivity and execute our DEI plan. This year, Lucy will be continuing these efforts through more DEI education and partnerships on campus as well as buidling stronger relationships with the greater Dayton community through service and philanthropy.
