PRESIDENT OF STU'S & THE GALLEY
Trent began his journey with Flyer Enterprises in September of his freshman year as a sales associate at Art Street Cafe. After quickly falling in love with FE, Trent was promoted to the Operations Manager of The Chill. In this role, he worked to improve the consistency and efficiency of the division and helped to increase The Chill's annual revenue by over 50%. This year, Trent will work as the Divisional President of The Galley and Stuart's Landing where he will work closely with Dining Services and oversee 5 managers and over 40 sales associates. Apart from Flyer Enterprises, Trent is involved in two professional fraternities, Delta Sigma Pi and Pi Sigma Epsilon.
