Austin started his Flyer Enterprises journey at Heritage Coffeehouse in the first semester of his freshman year. It wasn't long after that he fell in love with not only Heritage but Flyer Enterprises as a whole and wanted to make an impact. After an amazing journey of working his way up to the role of Operations Manager of Heritage Coffeehouse Austin is looking to continue making an impact on Flyer Enterprises by serving as a manager of the Rudys Runway division. Austin is excited to explore the division's endless potential both on and off campus and see this potential come to fruition.​

Megan started working at Fly By, a division within Flyer Enterprises, in the fall 2022 of her freshman year. She knew eventually that she wanted to be a manager because she saw it as a great opportunity to get more involved, collaborate with other managers, and give back to the incredible organization that has done so much for her. She is excited to be the Director of Marketing at Rudy's Runway because of the creativity and innovation that is ahead. Also, to be a part of Rudy's fantastic team collectively driving towards shared goals and continuing to grow Rudy's Runway's success.
