James has been with Flyer Enterprises for almost two years, starting at Fly By back in his first semester at UD. He can't wait to implement his vision, lead the great people of Fly By, and continue the operational success that the division has had recently!

Fall of her freshman year at Dayton, Alexa was hired as a sales associate for Fly By. She met so many amazing people that helped her transition into college become so much easier. Later that year Alexa began to intern for Rudy’s Runway and learned so much about how the team re-branded the business that year. She wanted to make more of an impact and help grow the business outside of just Dayton students. Spring of her sophomore year Alexa began the Director of Marketing and continued to help build the brand. After an amazing year with Rudy's Runway,  Alexa wanted to return to Fly By with a leadership position leading her to be the current Director of Human Resources.

Tyler started working for FE at the beginning of Sophomore year. He started at Stuart's Landing where he met a lot of great people and learned a bunch about Flyer Enterprises. Ever since he started working, Tyler wanted to do whatever he could to help the company. This led to an immediate interest in applying for management. Once applications opened, he jumped on the opportunity. Looking to help anywhere he could, Tyler was thrilled to get the job as the Director of Marketing at FlyBy. While this is a new experience, Tyler is excited for the opportunity to learn another division and do the best he can to grow the store. What Tyler is most excited for, is meeting all the new people at FlyBy. He has heard great things about the culture and cannot wait to be a part of it!

Aiden was hired at ArtStreet Cafe in the Fall of 2022 at the start of his freshman year and knew that he wanted to be a manager from the time he started because of the direct impact that he could have on FE as a whole as well as learning tons of leadership skills. After a year of being the Operations Manager at ArtStreet Cafe, he became the Product Manager at FlyBy and is thrilled to take on the new role and meet so many new people! He is also very excited to expand FlyBy's product line during the year!
