Garrett Uhlir
Operation Manager

Garrett Uhlir started working as a Sales Associate for Flyer Enterprise's Brown Street Bistro division back in the Fall of 2023. He knew he wanted to be a manager from the start and soon realized that Operations Manager was the best fit for him based on his passions and skillset. Garrett is excited to learn through experience and begin to implement more efficient ways to operate Brown Street Bistro.
Kate Rentrop

Kate started her Flyer Enterprises journey the second semester of her freshman year when she was hired as a Sales Associate at Brown Street Bistro. She immediately fell in love with the FE culture and the team at Brown Street Bistro, and decided that she wanted to serve the Bistro and FE community her senior year in a manager role. With great passion for the BSB culture and her experience at Bistro since its FE debut, she was promoted to the Director of Human Resources. She is incredibly excited to work alongside the BSB management team and further the success of Brown Street Bistro!​
Conor McCormick
Director of Marketing

Conor started his Flyer Enterprise journey the spring semester of freshman year, when he was hired as a sales associate at Brown Street Bistro. The fall of his sophomore year he moved into the role of assistant product manager and then in the spring became the product manager. In the spring of his junior year he became the director of marketing. He is excited to continue working on the management team at Bistro and hopes to continue to help the Bistro be the best it can be and bring in new customers.
Chase Monaghan
Product Manager

Chase started working at Flyer Enterprises in the spring semester of 2022-2023 school year. He wanted to be a manager because he saw the opportunity to grow his professional skills while also being able to develop the division too. He is excited to be the product manager at Brown Street Bistro because he sees a lot of new opportunities to bring in new products that will help increase profit for the division.
