The information technology group was formed in February 2008. The group initially focused on building a framework and foundation for IT services. Since its formation, IT developed the Flyer Spirit Web site to provide the public the capabilities of purchasing online, developed classroom and business partnerships to improve IT services, and created a new corporate Web site. IT provides divisions of Flyer Enterprises with financial reporting abilities and analytics, a corporate-wide knowledge management structure and asset management.

Corporate Bios:

Director of Corporate Human Resources:  Teresa Shakkour

Teresa is a junior accounting major who joined Flyer Enterprises her first week freshman year as a sales associate at The Chill.  Her sophomore year she was promoted to Human Resources Assistant as well as Social Activities Coordinator for The Chill.  At the end of her sophomore year, the position of Director of Corporate Human Resources was created, where she functions as the main contact person with the University for human resources issues and questions regarding Flyer Enterprises.  She develops and sustains corporate hiring, disciplinary, and evaluation standard processes as well as direct the new employee orientation program FE 101. 

Director of Marketing Communications:  Lynn Feldmann

Lynn is a senior communications management major who joined Flyer Enterprises the beginning of her senior year in the corporate position of Director of Marketing Communications, where she manages Flyer Enterprises' image through various channels and media outlets for both regional and national coverage.  She also develops and sustains a professional and consistent "corporate identity," as well as creates informative materials and publications that represent Flyer Enterprises.

Corporate Accountant:  Timothy Bencic

Timothy is a junior accounting major who joined the Flyer Enterprises team in August of his sophomore year at Stuart's Landing as a sales associate.  He continued his employment throughout the rest of the school year.  In March 2009, he was hired as the Corporate Account for Flyer Enterprises, where he handles the duties of a financial manager for corporate and IT sections of Flyer Enterprises, as well as other financial transactions that are not specifically linked to a specific division.
